If you are experiencing any problems with your Carnforth Windows installed uPVC product and it’s still within the guarantee period, we need to hear from you.
We would prefer for you to request the Service Call Out sooner rather than later as permanent damage can be caused for not reporting a problem to us in time. With all correspondence please Quote your reference details including your CW number.
To maintain your 10 year Guarantee, the Guarantee holder has certain care and maintenance responsibilities to follow which came into effect 12 months after installation, please read here or consult your guarantee for further information.
(Please Note: ‘If No Fault is Found’ or ‘Permanent Damage is Caused’ from not calling us out in time, or the care and maintenance responsibities havent been followed we will charge our standard call out fee.upvc repair call
