Whilst your installation carries a ten year guarantee on many components, this is subject to reasonable care and maintenance* please consult our online guide to understand your responsiblities under the guarantee, if you require any further information click here.
To help ensure you continue to stay within your guarantee please join or request information on our service agreement.
Please fill out the form below detailing any problems that you are having with your items, please note that it is essential that you provide us with your contract number (cw Number) for the item which is being reported as a fault. This number can be found on your customer purchase invoice. Without this number we cannot proceed with any repair.
