energy efficient WINDOWS

Since late 2010 the government has introduced the Window Energy Ratings Scheme. By using the same ratings system that items such as fridges and washing machines have been using for years, it is now possible to rate a window in a similar way from any given supplier.

Those achieving a C-rating or above demonstrate they have been designed, manufactured and tested to provide a good level of overall thermal efficiency.

All our windows that we supply are Classed as A Rated for efficiency. This is achieved through using high quality frames combined with high efficiency glass.

Below you can see a guide to the reduction in heat loss and a comparison through installing and using a superior energy efficient glass and frame.
