Here at Carnforth Windows we believe the "proof is in the pudding", it does take alot of hard work to keep a family business running, however every minute spent improving and honouring is worth it to ensure our customers recieve the product and service that is expected.

Im aware there will be many companies out there that can offer you insurance backed warranties in case they go bump, or ombudsman services in case you get a dispute with your installer, on the face of it this sounds great protection, but the reality is... as all insurance schemes are... there only as good as the day they decide to help or payout your claim. Generally many have been trading for less then Several years. Personally i would always be suspicious about a double glazing company that is bragging about its insurance backed warranties, in our eyes why would you, unless the company foresees future problems. To top it off somebody is footing the bill somewhere, and its usually you. All though theres much "spin" about these type of schemes they are often short lived, the lifespan is usually 10 years or so, or until the Founder sells the business at a substantial profit. The simplicity is, we have found that good old fashioned service and stability is best practice for all customers. Please bare in mind any bonified window Fensa registered company should as standard offer an insurance backed guarantee programme.

Carnforth Windows is Fensa registered and insurance backed, and non of our customers have ever reported us to Trading standards or claimed on an insurance backed policy.
